What you should know in two minutes

Documents you scan are encrypted on your device using a passphrase you choose. We never see them, and we cannot recover them if you forget the passphrase.
Coterra does not train AI models on your data. The customs lookup answers are hand-maintained by our team and cited to government sources.
Children's data is collected only with parental consent, encrypted, and used solely to provide travel features within your account.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention on forms — it doesn't send your interactions to Google or any other third party.
You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@coterra.travel.
